Mini Magnum Cake Pops
I stumbled across this Mini Magnum cake/ice pop Mould on one of my usual ‘shopping for baking equipment days’ It was just an impulsive buy because I had to have it 🙈 better than a pair of shoes or a bag that cost in excess of £300 right? 🤣 (FYI, Not all is lost, I will have my Louboutins one day!) Anyway.. I never really understood the whole ‘cake pop’ thing, why would you cook a perfectly good cake only to break it up? 🤷🏼♀️ Plus... I wasn’t going to use it for ice cream as I’m not a massive fan of the whole cold stuff on my teeth, one of the only times that’s tolerated is when I’m sat below the castle in Malcesine, Lake Garda with the Boyfriend and enjoying a Nutella Gelato, but that’s a whole other story!!
